Hybrid role with 2 days per week in the London Office

What You ll Do

• Deliver Leadership & Management training up to Level 7.
• Lead exciting apprenticeship programmes and leadership pathways.
• Create engaging, inclusive learning experiences classroom, online, and workplace.
• Support learners every step of the way, from tutorials to End Point Assessments.
• Work with stakeholders to boost engagement, retention, and achievement.

What Our Client is Looking For

• Strong experience in Leadership & Management development.
• Teaching qualification (PELTS or equivalent) or willingness to work towards one.
• Experience with apprenticeship standards and OFSTED frameworks.
• Great communication, organisation, and a passion for learner success.
