The Role:
As the Consumer Relations Representative, you will offer seamless customer service to our customers across our brands: HOKA, UGG Teva.
We’re looking for friendly and courteous team members to act as advocates for our brands when communicating to our consumers via telephone, email, web chat and social media.
This is a multi-lingual role requiring written and oral fluency in Spanish and English.
Your Impact
Provide excellent, proactive customer service at all customer contact points, offering a seamless communication via telephone, email, web chat and social media
Act as a country specialist for your market to advise on current trends and local knowledge
Collaborate closely with Customer Resolution team to ensure order fulfilment
Use and analyse all consumer feedback to cultivate process improvements to improve the consumer experience
Get involved with consumer experience projects with the wider business
Promote ‘One team’ spirit by demonstrating meaningful teamwork and supporting your colleagues

Previous experience in a Customer Service role is a plus
An interest in the fashion/apparel industry and our brands
Availability to start 8 September 2025
Written and oral fluency in Spanish and English is essential for this role

27 Days Holidays per annum + Bank Holidays & some time away from work – on top of generous holiday allowance , we ca n gener ally take advantage of half day Fridays providing our work is finished for the week.
