Digital Samples Coordinator

JOB PURPOSE
Burberry is looking for an experienced Digital Samples Coordinator to join our team responsible for all e-commerce product imagery. Reporting to the Digital Samples Manager, you will oversee a team of Digital Sample Assistants, guiding them through the daily shoot and sample processes to ensure seamless operations and uphold Burberry.com’s luxury fashion status. Working with Showroom, Photo Studio, and Styling teams, you will prioritise products for timely floor set schedules. Your coordination will ensure high-quality imagery for key projects, including lookbooks, runway collections, and major campaigns.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinating all product shoots for Burberry.com across assigned categories, including managing both BAU shoots and third-party e-commerce photography
- Oversee daily shoot operations, sample assistants, and product movement
- Attend weekly studio planning meetings and manage set bookings
- Maintain the Flo calendar for shoot schedules and oversee the planning of the pre styling process each season
- Collaborate with Showroom, Studio, Product Development, and Merchandising on seasonal improvements and production changes
- Allocate budget for resampling and manage sample movement, Quality Control, and return-to-hub processes, ensuring best sample care is followed
- Handle press shoot requests and ensure seasonal shoot scheduling, tracking delays, and content availability
- Ensure timely TOP orders, cancellations, changes to the range plan and communicate delays with Digital Merchandising
- Provide weekly content readiness reports and integrate reshoots into weekly shoots
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Strong understanding of studio dynamics, workflow, timelines, process improvement, and critical path management is required for the role
- Luxury fashion experience is preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and SAP knowledge is a plus
- Good problem-solving abilities, self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented with a positive attitude
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building cross-functional relationships
