Website and Digital Manager
- Oversee all technical website operations, including hosting, domains, CRM integrations, and onsite performance.
- Manage external digital agencies and deliver end‑to‑end website improvement projects.
- Lead SEO, GEO, CRO, and website optimisation initiatives to improve visibility and conversions.
- Drive UX enhancements, build/optimise pages, and ensure consistent, high‑quality digital experiences.
- Use analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Hotjar, SEMRush) to track performance, report insights, and inform actions.
- Integrate AI and automation tools to enhance digital workflows, personalisation, and member engagement.
- Support cross‑team collaboration, content deployment, and adherence to digital best practice.
- Act as a digital champion-providing training, upskilling teams, and advancing REC's digital maturity.
