Right in the heart of London’s financial district, our Canary Wharf venue is a lively social hotspot, drawing in weekday workers, locals and weekend explorers. Spread across two vibrant floors with 11 kitchens and three busy bars, every shift is full of energy, new faces and fresh flavours. The role

As a Bartender at Market Halls, you'll be right at the centre of the action. You will:

• Prepare, serve and present drinks to company standards
• Deliver fast, friendly and consistent service
• Maintain a clean, well-organised and fully stocked bar
• Recommend drinks confidently and upsell where appropriate
• Create warm, memorable guest interactions
• Follow all safety, compliance and cash-handling procedures
• Support a positive, collaborative team culture

About you

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced behind a bar or in a busy, guest-facing hospitality role
• Passionate about great drinks, great service and memorable guest experiences
• A confident communicator with a friendly, engaging approach
• Reliable, energetic and comfortable working under pressure

• Flexible for evenings, weekends and peak trading times
