Senior GTM Manager

The Senior Go to Market Manager is part of the B2B Commercial and Marketing team reporting Head of Commercial and marketing, supported by one GTM manager and one assistant GTM manager.
The role is responsible for our end to end Go To Market Strategy and execution across all key product categories and suppliers within Currys Business. This role is responsible for ensuring that strategic plans, processes and supplier relationships translate into successful launches and campaigns and ongoing performance. In addition to this you will be responsible for the supplier relationships and funding opportunities.
Role overview:
As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Lead, inspire and develop team responsible for GTM
- Shape and deliver Currys Business GTM strategy across multiple categories and suppliers
- Translate business priorities into actionable GTM plans that maximise commercial outcomes and customer impact
- Own and manage the GTM process from planning to execution, ensuring launches and campaigns land on time, on budget and to the highest standards
- Manage GTM governance
- Build strong relationships with suppliers to co create GTM plans
- Negotiate supplier commitments to strengthen Currys Business position
- Drive measurable business outcomes through GTM plans, including revenue and margin growth and customer engagement and collaboration within the team
- Create a culture of accountability, innovation and collaboration within the team
- Being on top of the latest tech trends (for example AI, new operating systems, new computing technology), and helping our colleagues demystify tech language for B2B customers, driving an uptick in demand.
- Maximising incremental trading account funding for B2B through strategic supplier joint plans.
You will need:
- Proven track record in GTM or commercial leadership within the B2B / Retail market
- Strong background in strategic planning, campaign execution and supplier collaboration
- Ability to lead teams and manage complex cross functional projects
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management
