Nanny

Live-out:
Start: Mid December 2026/Jan 2027
Rate: £60000 gross per annum (Candidate dependent on qualification and experience)
Days: Monday – Thursday (08:30am – 07:30 pm) and Friday (08:30 am - 5:30 pm)

Key Requirements:

• Extensive and recent new-born experience.
• A thorough understanding of infant care, including sleep management, feeding, hygiene and establishing routines.
• Excellent knowledge of developmental milestones and age-appropriate play and interaction.
• The ability to confidently observe and respond to changes in a baby's health, behaviour and individual needs.
• A warm, calm and nurturing nature combined with excellent organisational skills and initiative.
• Confidence working autonomously while maintaining excellent communication with the parents.
• Fluent English.
• An additional language, such as Mandarin, French or Spanish, would be highly desirable.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional nanny with extensive and recent newborn experience who is passionate about supporting babies through their earliest months and helping new parents establish confident, consistent routines. This family are looking for a knowledgeable and nurturing Daily Nanny to care for their first baby, who is due in mid-December 2026. Both parents have demanding full-time careers. Dad works from home on Fridays, while Mum plans to return to work when the baby is approximately six months old. They are therefore looking for a nanny who is confident working independently, able to take full responsibility for the baby's care and development, and who will become a trusted and valued member of the household. The ideal nanny will be professional, experienced and genuinely passionate about caring for babies during the important first years of life. They will be calm, patient and attentive, with the confidence to establish routines while remaining responsive to the individual needs of the child.
