Associate Director PM - Commercial Fitout
Provide strategic leadership and direction on a portfolio of CAT A, CAT A+, and CAT B commercial office fit–out projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships and ensuring the application of best practice project management methodologies within the commercial fit–out sector.

Description
- Providing strategic oversight and guidance to project teams, ensuring successful project outcomes and client satisfaction on commercial fit–out projects.
- Cultivating and maintaining strong, long–term relationships with key clients and stakeholders within the commercial office sector.
- Taking a leading role in the development and implementation of project strategies and delivery plans specifically for CAT A, CAT A+, and CAT B fit–out schemes.
- Overseeing the preparation and management of significant project budgets and timelines for commercial fit–out projects, ensuring financial control and efficient resource allocation.
- Championing and implementing project management best practices, standards, and innovative solutions tailored to commercial fit–out projects within the team.
- Mentoring and developing Project Managers and other team members within the Commercial Fit–Out division.
- Providing high–level project reporting and updates to senior management and clients on commercial fit–out progress.
Profile
- Extensive and demonstrable experience in leading and successfully delivering a range of complex CAT A, CAT A+, and CAT B commercial office fit–out projects.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with high–profile clients and stakeholders within the commercial office sector.
- Significant experience as a Project Manager at a senior level, ideally within a consultancy or client–side environment, with a deep understanding of the commercial fit–out process.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple strategic priorities and oversee a portfolio of commercial fit–out projects concurrently.
- A proactive and results–oriented approach with a commitment to delivering excellence in commercial fit–out.
