The Role

The firm is seeking a Residential Development Partner to join its flourishing West End office. Working as part of a close-knit team of 10 (including 3 Partners and 7 experienced Associates), you will be at the forefront of complex and high-value matters, including:

• Residential development projects
• Land and site acquisitions for development
• Acting for both PLC developers and privately held companies
• Advising on large-scale, mixed-use and multi-purpose schemes

Requirements

• Partner (or ambitious Senior Associate with a strong business case) in Residential Development
• Strong track record of handling high-quality, complex development matters
• Desire to be part of a progressive, growing team with a strong client base
