Real Estate Finance Solicitor – 2+ PQE | City of London

This is a great opportunity for a Real Estate Finance Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE to join a well-regarded Legal 500 practice in the City.

The firm has built a strong reputation for progression, with the majority of its Partners promoted internally, and it offers a clear pathway for ambitious lawyers who want to take the next step in their careers.

The firm has grown steadily in recent years and continues to perform strongly, with ambitious plans for the London office. It’s a genuinely collaborative environment where junior lawyers work closely with Partners and gain exposure to quality work early on.

The Role

The role sits within a successful and busy Real Estate Finance team, acting for a broad client base including major lenders, institutions, and private clients. Much of the work involves high-value secured lending across investment and development property. The team is well-established, with long-standing panel relationships and a reputation for high standards of service.

You’ll be working alongside Partners who are recognised in the Legal 500 and have built excellent client followings. This is a chance to join a practice with strong momentum, where you’ll be given responsibility and scope to develop quickly.

Requirements

• Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in real estate finance (or wider real estate with relevant exposure)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships
• Ambition to progress your career within a growing City practice
• A collaborative approach and willingness to get involved in team development
