We are looking for a Register Experience Manager  to join our Engagement team.

Title:  Register Experience Manager

Salary: £39,500 per annum

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)

Location: Hybrid, with head office in Hampstead, London

The Register Experience Manager is a new role in the team with responsibility for developing Anthony Nolan’s engagement with its stem cell register, designing customer journeys, lead on an omni channel approach, and setting the creative direction for our register emails. They will also ensure that we are data lead in our approach, customer centric in thinking, and taking an always learning approach to our relationship with our register.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Proven experience of developing engaging customer / supporter journeys
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder relationship skills
• Self-starter that enjoys the opportunity of shaping a new role
• Line management experience preferred
