The Chancery Rosewood, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. About the Role:
As Pastry Junior Sous Chef , you will support the Pastry Sous Chef and Head Pastry Chef in delivering exceptional pastry creations across our restaurants, banquets, and in-room dining. You will play a hands-on role in menu development, team supervision, and daily kitchen operations, ensuring that every pastry reflects Rosewood’s commitment to artistry and excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the preparation and execution of pastry menus across outlets and events.

• Supporting and mentoring junior team members, fostering collaboration and growth.

• Maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.

• Managing stock, ordering, and food safety standards in line with HACCP.

• Bringing creativity and passion to seasonal and signature pastry offerings.

About You:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in pastry within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.

• Strong technical pastry skills with an eye for detail and innovation.

• A natural leader who inspires and supports others in a high-pressure kitchen environment.

• Organised, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
