We're looking for an organised and proactive Office Assistant to join our team and play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business. This is a varied position combining office administration, operational support and general business coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You'll act as a central point of support across the business, helping to keep administrative processes, operational activities and office functions running smoothly. Working closely with teams across Sales, Dealing, Finance, Compliance and the wider business, you'll have the opportunity to gain valuable exposure across our growing organisation while making a genuine impact. In particular, you willProvide day-to-day administrative and office support across the businessSupport operational processes and maintain accurate records, trackers and databasesAssist with data entry, reporting and the preparation of management informationMonitor shared inboxes and ensure enquiries are allocated appropriatelyCoordinate meetings, diaries, room bookings and meeting materialsManage correspondence, deliveries and company documentationSupport process improvements and help identify opportunities to increase efficiencyManage office supplies and coordinate purchasing requirementsLiaise with suppliers, contractors and building managementSupport onboarding activities, company meetings, events and training sessionsAssist with Health & Safety administration, office maintenance and general facilities supportProvide general administrative support to managers and teams across the businessWho we are looking forPrevious experience within an administration, office support, operations or business support roleExcellent organisational and time-management skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyGood knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience maintaining records, reports and administrative systemsAbility to manage confidential information with discretionComfortable managing competing priorities and working independentlyA proactive, flexible and hands-on approach to workA positive, professional and team-focused attitudeWillingness to learn, develop and take on new responsibilitiesWhy you'll love working hereCompetitive salary of up to £30,000Full training and ongoing developmentGenuine opportunities for career progressionExposure to a variety of departments and business functionsFriendly, supportive and collaborative team environmentInvolvement in a growing and ambitious organisationVaried responsibilities with no two days the sameOpportunity to make a real impact on the day-to-day running of the business
