Supply Chain Executive UK&I - Vitamin Well I Barebells I...
At Vitamin Well Group, we provide great-tasting drinks, snacks, and protein products. Our brands Vitamin Well, NOCCO, and Barebells are available across most of Europe, North America, the MENA region, and parts of Asia Pacific. With a revenue of 650 million euros, we operate in over 40 markets, with headquarters in Stockholm and offices in fourteen countries around the world.
Vitamin Well Group is expanding, and the UK&I is an important growth market. To support this, we are looking for a Supply Chain Executive to take responsibility for Customer Supply and Order Management.
This is a hands-on role at the centre of our UK&I operations, focused on keeping the day-to-day order and supply flow running as it should.
About the role
As a Supply Chain Executive , you will be responsible for the day-to-day customer supply and order management in the UK&I, ensuring products are delivered accurately and on time.
You will act as the main point of contact between customers, sales, HQ, and third-party logistics providers, coordinating the full order-to-delivery process and resolving issues as they arise. A large part of the role is making sure things run as they should - and stepping in quickly and pragmatically when they do not.
Alongside the operational work, you will contribute to improving processes and ways of working. As volumes grow and complexity increases, there will be a constant need to adapt how we operate.
This is a hands-on role, suited to someone who is comfortable working with detail, takes pride in getting things right, and does not lose momentum when the work is repetitive at times.
In short, you will:
Manage end-to-end order processing, ensuring orders are captured, processed, and delivered in line with agreed timelines and service levels
Handle customer invoicing, ensuring pricing accuracy and alignment with internal processes
Manage credit notes and returns, investigating discrepancies and resolving issues efficiently
Act as the main point of contact for customer supply queries, changes, and escalations
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics, finance) and external partners to ensure smooth product flow and availability
Support the delivery of customer-specific activations, including point-of-sale assets such as shippers and promotional materials
Investigate and resolve supply chain and order-related issues in collaboration with internal teams and logistics partners
Highlight recurring issues and support improvements in processes and ways of working
What we are looking for:
At least 2 years of experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, or similar hands-on roles
Experience working with order management, customer flows, and day-to-day operational processes
Confidence working in ERP systems and handling data related to orders, stock, and invoicing
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks without losing accuracy
A structured way of working, with the discipline to follow tasks through and close loops
Ability to handle a high volume of routine tasks while maintaining quality and pace
A practical, problem-solving mindset - able to identify issues, investigate, and resolve them without overcomplicating
Comfortable working across teams and stakeholders to get things done
What you can expect:
A hands-on role focused on running the day-to-day supply and order flow
Close collaboration with the UK&I team, HQ, and external partners
A fast-growing market with increasing volume and operational complexity
A small, pragmatic team where decisions are made quickly
The opportunity to improve processes as the operation grows
Please submit your application no later than May 17th 2026.
We will review applications on an ongoing basis and the position may be filled before the last application day. We appreciate LinkedIn, but to get a full picture of your experience, we ask you to also include a CV.
