Analytics Lead - Growth & SEO in Greater London
Job description
About Healthera
At Healthera, we're driven to build delightful digital experiences that reach millions of users across the UK and abroad. We're quickly becoming the Uber for health - our platform provides patients with prescriptions, healthcare services, and private medicine products from the largest digital network of pharmacies in the UK. We've grown quickly over the last 24 months - across healthcare market verticals and entering our first international market earlier this year - but we're just getting stated.
The Role
We're looking for an experienced Analytics Manager who will be instrumental in measuring, analysing, and optimising all of our growth funnels. We want someone who is analytically precise, naturally curious, and gets their hands dirty - constantly seeking to optimise and improve our products through data-driven insights.
This role sits at the intersection of analytics, product, growth, and SEO, making it perfect for someone who thrives on turning complex data into actionable strategies that drive user acquisition and retention.
What you'll be doing
- Own end-to-end funnel analytics across Healthera's mobile apps, web platform, and hundreds of partner websites we power
- Drive growth experiments by designing, implementing, and analysing A/B tests and conversion optimisation initiatives
- Answer the tough questions - dig deep into ambiguous problems and surface actionable insights that drive business decisions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with tech, product, and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities and optimise user journeys
- Lead SEO analytics strategy - track organic performance, identify content gaps, and measure the impact of SEO initiatives on user acquisition
- Partner with our senior data analytics engineer to orchestrate data pipelines and create compelling, presentable insights for stakeholders
- Build and maintain dashboards that provide real-time visibility into key growth metrics and funnel performance
- Identify optimisation opportunities across the entire user lifecycle, from acquisition through retention and monetisation
Skills & Experience Required
Technical Expertise:
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Mixpanel, BigQuery, Redshift, and advanced Google Sheets functions
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis
- Experience with data visualisation tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar)
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies
SEO & Growth:
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with SEO analytics, including tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console
- Understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) principles and testing frameworks
- Experience with attribution modelling and multi-touch attribution analysis
Background & Soft Skills:
- University degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of proven expertise in data analytics, preferably in a growth or digital marketing context
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Excellent communication skills - able to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience in healthcare, fintech, or other regulated industries is a plus
What we provide
- Competitive salary - £80,000 - £95,000 (depending experience)
- Equity package - helping you reap the long-term rewards as the business grows exponentially
- Flexible working arrangement - approximately 3 days per week in either of our offices (London or Cambridge)
- Professional development budget for courses, conferences, and certifications
- Health and wellbeing benefits including private healthcare
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Opportunity for rapid career growth in a fast-scaling company transforming healthcare
Ready to apply?
We're looking for someone who's excited about using data to drive meaningful impact in healthcare. If you're passionate about growth analytics and want to help millions of people access better healthcare, we'd love to hear from you. In addition to applying on LinkedIn, please include examples of growth experiments you've run or SEO projects you've led in your application - contact us via [email protected].
