As a Lead Nurse, you will:

• Lead and inspire a team of nursing staff to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Collaborate with Consultants, Therapists, and wider MDTs for seamless rehabilitation pathways.
• Oversee clinical standards, care planning, and risk assessments.
• Mentor and support both new and experienced nursing team members.
• Contribute to service development, audits, and regulatory compliance.
