• Raise our market profile through thought leadership, events, and relationships.

• Play a key role in shaping the long-term success of La Fosse Executive.

• A strong track record in executive search or senior-level recruitment.
• Credibility with C-suite and Board-level clients.
• Commercial drive to build and scale a portfolio.
