Job Title : Paraplanner

Salary : £40,000 to £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft high-quality suitability reports grounded in thebespoke planning model

• Support advisers by attending client meetings and capturing detailed notes

• Translate complex, model-driven strategies into clear, actionable recommendations

• Collaborate with investment managers to ensure seamless implementation

• Maintain high compliance standards while applying logical, client-first thinking

• Provide proactive technical and administrative support across the planning process

Requirements :

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (Chartered preferred)

• Strong paraplanning experience within a wealth management or IFA firm

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills clear, concise, and articulate

• Logical mindset with the ability to quickly grasp a unique planning framework

• High degree of common sense, initiative, and attention to detail

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, intellectually driven environment
