General Manager - Retail and Catering
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to my clients Catering and Retail operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to oversee day-to-day operations, drive commercial performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across multiple service areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all catering and retail operations, ensuring high standards of service and quality
- Drive revenue growth through innovative strategies and effective cost control
- Manage, motivate, and develop a diverse team, fostering a positive and high-performing culture
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and KPIs, taking action to improve results
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
About You:
- Proven experience in a senior management role within catering, or retail
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Commercially astute with a track record of driving sales and profitability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
