Freelance Creative - Brand Experience Designer (6-Month Contract)

I am assisting a creative agency in Central London who require a Brand Experience Designer for a high-impact, 6-month contract opportunity. This role is crucial to their Business Development (BD) team and could lead to more long term work.

We are seeking a designer who is both a conceptual thinker and a flawless 2D executor, ready to drive the agency’s new business success through powerful, strategic design.

This is a Conceptual Designer position where you will be an integral part of the BD team, focusing on translating core agency strategy into materials that actively win clients.

Working directly with the Head of Development, you will devise and execute innovative, strategic, and creative responses to high-profile Request for Proposals (RFPs).

You will also be responsible for designing and delivering sophisticated, client-facing presentations and pitch decks. These must be driven by a compelling storytelling narrative that inspires clients and perfectly positions the agency's offering.

Brand Leadership: You will champion the brand, managing rebranding projects, overseeing meticulous rollout, and ensuring the agency’s visual identity is consistently elevated and impactful across all touchpoints.

Collateral Production: Ownership of the design and production of all new business assets, including proposals, marketing collateral, communications, and activation materials.

You must possess demonstrable prior experience working within a branding, creative, or marketing agency environment in London.

New Business Acumen: Previous experience working on new business pitches or directly within a BD team is highly advantageous.

Impact-Driven: You thrive on using design as a powerful tool for generating commercial conversations and achieving measurable business growth.
