Contract Specialist (Lawyer) / Legal Engineer

Role Summary

This role is to join our specialist AI Legal Engineering team within the Contracts, Compliance and Commercial Services team, based at our London, United Kingdom office.

\n\n

Specific Duties:

\n\n

• Engage in leveraging our advanced Generative AI tools for comprehensive contract reviews, developing tailored models and designing customized prompts to optimize workflows.

\n\n

• Answer contract-related inquiries and prepare related agreements or documentation.

\n\n

• Accurately collect legal/contract data and support reporting processes as needed.

\n\n

• Support clients with the implementation of AI tools, working as part of our partners’ teams.

\n\n

Required Skills/Abilities:

\n\n

• A qualified lawyer in any jurisdiction

\n\n

• Good understanding of contract law

\n\n

• Skilled in utilizing software and eager to pursue a career in the contracts and legal tech field

\n\n

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to take ownership of customer-facing projects

\n\n

• Strong attention to detail

\n\n

• Confident analytical, writing and oral communication skills

\n\n

• Positive (“can-do”) attitude, willing to take on challenges and have a proactive approach to your workload

\n\n

• Logical thinking and good decision-making abilities

\n\n

Education and Experience:

\n\n

Registration to SRA or equivalent Bar Association in other jurisdictions

\n\n

Reports To Manager (UK)
