Billings and Sales Ledger Officer
- Manage the preparation and distribution of accurate invoices in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update the sales ledger, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in preparing financial reports related to billing and sales ledger activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Monitor incoming payments and follow up on overdue accounts professionally.
- Support the Accounting & Finance department with ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and accounting standards.
