Qualified Company Secretary

Our Board Management Services (BMS) team provides services to companies, trusts, charities and other organisations. Our core services include secretarial and governance, pension consultancy, risk advisory, bespoke one-off projects, board effectiveness reviews, and trustee/director training etc. We have an opportunity for a Qualified Company Secretary to join the team in our London office on a hybrid basis. You will work with Boards of Corporates, Trusts, Charities/Not for Profits, Sports organisations etc and our own business areas to support them in finding pragmatic solutions to Governance and Secretariat issues. You will lead bespoke projects and ensure the timely delivery of our Governance and Secretariat services.
