We’re on the lookout for a Male Fitness Coach to join our high-performance team at BFT East Croydon; a studio that prioritises smart, detailed coaching over hype and cheerleading.

We deliver science-backed Strength & Conditioning programming , grounded in progressive overload and quality movement. Our coaches don’t just count reps—they correct form, cue effectively, and bring the best out of every member, no matter their level.

Who We're Looking For:

• A Level 3 qualified coach with at least 2 years’ experience
• A sharp eye for movement quality and technical execution
• Someone who values precision coaching over simply “bringing the energy”
• A confident and approachable male coach who fits into a supportive, inclusive community
• Someone who leads by example with a healthy, active lifestyle

Required Availability:

We need someone who can commit to the following sessions:

• Monday evenings
• Thursday morning and lunchtime
• Friday evenings and Saturday mornings (on rotation with our team)

What You’ll Need:

• Level 3 Personal Training certification (minimum)
• First aid qualification & public liability insurance
• Availability for at least one morning and one evening session weekly (based on the above)
• Commitment to team meetings and ongoing development

Pay & Perks:

• Starting rate: £20/class during a 3-month probation
• Increased to £25/class post-probation
• Team-based commission structure in development for long-term growth
• Ongoing training in BFT systems and performance coaching
• Option for BFT coaching courses to be paid for, for your personal growth
