An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ACA / ACCA qualified accountant to join the Accounting Services team of a Big 4 firm in London. This is a market-leading team providing high-quality corporate accounting services to a diverse portfolio of national and multinational clients .

You'll be part of a technically strong, collaborative environment with a focus on delivering efficient, insight-driven solutions while supporting clients with their ongoing compliance and reporting needs.

What you will be doing as an Accounting Services Senior Associate

• Preparation of statutory financial statements (SFS)
• Bookkeeping and preparation of periodic management accounts
• Managing a portfolio of clients and delivering high-quality outputs
• Supporting ad hoc accounting and advisory projects
• Participating in client secondments , working on-site where required
• Contributing to proposals and supporting the growth of the accounting compliance offering
• Supporting developments in process improvement, technology, risk, and controls
• Managing and mentoring junior team members

What you will need to succeed as an Accounting Services Senior Associate

• ACA / ACCA qualified (or international equivalent)
• Strong technical accounting knowledge, particularly in financial reporting
• Good working knowledge of UK GAAP / IFRS (US GAAP exposure beneficial)
• Experience using accounting software and strong Excel skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work effectively within a team
