Customer Experience Advisor
As Customer Service Advisor, you will:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the system.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve customer concerns.
- Provide information and guidance on the company's services and policies.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest improvements.
- Support team members in achieving departmental goals and service standards.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry regulations.
