Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver high-quality lessons on Business Studies to students in accordance with the school's curriculum.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes active student engagement and participation.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and implement appropriate strategies for improvement.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to design and implement interdisciplinary projects and activities.
• Monitor and supervise students during exams and other assessment activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, achievements, and behaviour.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Studies or a related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience teaching Business Studies at the primary or secondary level.
• Strong knowledge of the Business Studies curriculum and assessment methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students.
