Core Responsibilities – ERP/CRM Transformation Leadership
- Provide strategic leadership for end-to-end ERP and CRM programmes, ensuring delivery is aligned with business priorities and client outcomes.
- Partner with client executives and stakeholders to define technology roadmaps, business process improvements, and systems integration strategies.
- Establish effective governance and quality assurance across all ERP & CRM project phases, from design through delivery and ongoing support.
- Build high-performing, cross-functional teams and foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation.
- Contribute to account growth by identifying opportunities for new ERP, CRM, or related technology advisory and delivery services.
- Champion the adoption of best practices, ensuring compliance, data integrity, and security within all ERP/CRM deployments.
Essential Experience – ERP Strategy, CRM Systems & Digital Transformation
- Proven track record leading successful ERP and/or CRM transformation initiatives in complex environments (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar platforms).
- Strong understanding of systems implementation, change management, and technology adoption within multi-site or global organisations.
- Experience managing vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and working with both client and delivery teams on large-scale programmes.
- Expert stakeholder management ability, including at board/C-suite level, with a customer-centric and consultative approach.
- Agile mindset, with the ability to adapt, communicate, and deliver results in a fast-paced, evolving landscape.

- Exceptional programme delivery and organisational skills, managing multiple priorities and competing deadlines efficiently.
- Highly skilled in relationship-building, coaching, and leading multidisciplinary teams to high performance.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities in ERP/CRM transformation.
- Strong analytical skills, with a pragmatic and problem-solving approach to challenges and ambiguity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
