A respected secondary school in Ham, Richmond Upon Thames is looking to appoint a talented Physics Teacher from January 2027. This role would suit a dedicated teacher who enjoys bringing Physics to life through engaging lessons and helping students develop strong scientific understanding.

The successful Physics Teacher will become part of a supportive department focused on delivering excellent learning experiences. You will encourage students to explore scientific concepts, develop practical skills and achieve their full potential.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering inspiring Physics lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.

• Planning lessons that challenge and motivate students.

• Assessing progress and adapting teaching strategies.

• Supporting students to develop confidence in Physics.

• Working collaboratively with colleagues to improve outcomes.

The ideal teacher will have:

• QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

• Strong knowledge and passion for Physics.

• Experience teaching Science within a secondary school.

• The ability to create engaging and well-structured lessons.

• A commitment to maintaining high standards of teaching and safeguarding.
