Graduate Technical Analyst 2026

BearingPoint United Kingdom
London

Our Story

BearingPoint is one of Europe’s leading independent management and technology consultancies. We work with many of the world’s leading organisations, and through our team of expert consultants we develop and deliver innovative solutions to address a broad range of business challenges. As a boutique-style firm, we foster a collaborative and customer-centric approach that puts our clients’ success first.

The Opportunity

We have a fantastic opportunity for graduates to join BearingPoint this year. We are open to graduates who are immediately available or who will join our graduate intake in September 2026. Please be sure to indicate your availability on the application form. Assessment centres will take place in late April.

As BearingPoint continues to grow its technology-led consulting capabilities, we are looking for bright, motivated Graduate Technical Analysts to join teams across multiple departments. These may include Microsoft, Salesforce, and Operations & Supply Chain, depending on business demand and your interests.

This is a unique opportunity to kick-start your career in consulting and technology with a global firm that values innovation, collaboration, and personal growth. While you may align initially to a specific team, you will gain exposure to a range of technologies, data-driven solutions, and client challenges as you develop.

What you’ll do

Depending on your team and projects, you will:

  • Work closely with clients to understand business challenges and support the delivery of technology and data-enabled solutions

  • Support the design, development and deployment of solutions across platforms such as Microsoft (e.g. Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Copilot), Salesforce, or operations and supply chain technologies

  • Collaborate with experienced consultants and technical specialists on real-world consulting engagements

  • Assist with requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, testing and solution configuration

  • Use data and insights to support decision-making and business improvement

  • Participate in workshops, training and certifications to build both your technical and consulting capabilities

  • Contribute to internal initiatives and help shape the future of our technology and consulting practices

We are committed to supporting your growth and development, providing access to formal training, on-the-job learning, and guidance through our development manager and buddy system. We believe in investing in our people and creating an environment where everyone can thrive.

Skills required

  • A recent or future graduate in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data, Mathematics or a related STEM discipline

  • A genuine interest in technology, digital platforms and data, and how they can solve business problems

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and logical approach

  • A highly numerate, inquisitive mindset and willingness to learn

  • Ideally, exposure to a business environment (e.g. professional internship, placement year, or relevant project work)

  • Good communication skills, with the confidence to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Familiarity with tools or platforms such as Microsoft technologies, Salesforce or data tools is beneficial but not required

  • A proactive team player with a collaborative attitude
