Role Summary
EWM Global is a leading FinTech company supporting Financial Services companies around the world in the Digital Transformation of their Incentive Compensation administration . Our firm has an international reach operating out of London (England), Zurich (Switzerland), Stamford, CT and Dallas, TX (United States) to serve our clients, which include some of the world’s largest banks, insurance companies and Private Capital firms. Our global reach is echoed in our growing and diverse workforce, where over 25 nationalities make up our 90 strong global team.
We are looking for highly motivated, organized and reliable professional to join our growing and diverse team in London (United Kingdom), in the Office Management and Corporate Operations area. This position will support the organization by providing first class administration support and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office. This is a role for a true team player who uses their initiative, has great attention to detail, works well under pressure, while maintaining a positive attitude. You will be exposed to senior stakeholders within the business, and if you can show initiative, you will gain a unique insight into the business world. This role has been an entry point for a number of our current directors.
Duties and Responsibilities
Office Management
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office
- Order office equipment, supplies, stationery & refreshments
- Manage vendor relationships
- Provide administrative support, including preparing PowerPoint presentations • Coordinate meetings and company events, such as team workshops
- Coordinate international travel and accommodation for staff
- Carry out ad hoc duties as requested by Senior Management
Corporate Operations
- Conduct project research and provide assistance across multiple business areas • Support Marketing and Communications activities
- Maintain and update the Company Intranet
- Assist with the the onboarding of new employees
- Provide brand support

Who You Are
- A second-year undergraduate set to undertake a professional placement year in your third year at a British or Irish university.
- London: UK Citizen or European/International student with a valid work permit.
- Predicted 2:1 degree (2:1 in first year is a requirement) in any discipline, with a keen interest in business operations.
