Require home helper to prepare meals for weekly plan
I’m looking for a friendly home helper to assist with meal preparation at my home. Tasks include planning a weekly menu, cooking simple and nutritious meals, portioning for the week, and ensuring kitchen safety and cleanliness. I prefer meals that suit a balanced diet and can accommodate a couple of dietary preferences (vegetarian option, low-sodium). Must be reliable, enjoy cooking, and able to follow specific instructions. Availability during late mornings to early afternoons would be ideal, and punctuality is important. Basic kitchen equipment is available, and I’m happy to provide any preferred ingredients or recipes in advance.
