Head of Business Development & Marketing/Senior BD Manager
Senior Business Development Manager/Head of Business Development & Marketing: Team Lead role in boutique law firm. Possible opportunity to be client facing. Hybrid working.
This boutique law firm is top of its game as well as boasting an enthusiastic partnership which understands the importance of business development and is happy to be guided. This is a great role for an experienced business development and marketing professional looking for a Senior BD Manager or Head of BD & Marketing role. In this role you will lead a small team and be responsible for:
- Developing and delivering the marketing and business development strategy; Coaching partners and fee earners on targeting and cross-selling; Leading on bids and proposals, playing an advisory role; Running major events and ensuring that the firm gets the most out of sponsorships; Leading on all marketing activities including continuous improvement of the website digital marketing, social media, campaigns and other client communications.
For the right person with sector experience, the role has the opportunity to be client facing.
You will have extensive experience in a marketing and business development role within the legal sector and have strong people management skills. Strong writing skills are also important for this role.
