EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant – Requirements
- Experience supporting children in Early Years (Nursery or Reception)
- Background working with children with special educational needs, particularly speech and language needs, ASD, or developmental delays
- A genuine passion for children’s learning and development
- Patient, empathetic, resilient, and positive in approach
- Able to build trusting, supportive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents
- Committed to inclusion and equal opportunities for all learners
