EMEA Security Lead in London Area
Job description
We are working with a leading financial services firm who are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to join their Corporate Services and Real Estate team in this brand-new role. Role scope
As EMEA Security Lead, you will take ownership of the physical security, executive protection, crisis management and operational resilience strategy across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
You will:
- Lead all regional physical security operations across offices, including security teams and external partners.
- Oversee crisis response and continuity plans, leading during critical events and emergencies.
- Direct security for high-profile events and key regional initiatives.
- Deliver impactful security trainings and promote safety best practices across the region.
- Shape global policies with local implementation excellence.
- Develop and manage the EMEA security budget and performance metrics.
- Act as the regional security ambassador—building trusted partnerships with colleagues, service providers, and first responders.
Your experience
You’re a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in corporate security and resilience, ideally within the financial or professional services sector. You’re calm under pressure, and thrive in environments where every day brings something new.
You’ll stand out if you have:
- A strong track record of delivering high-impact security and resilience initiatives.
- Experience presenting to senior leaders and working cross-functionally.
- Confidence in developing policies, managing crises, and leading operational strategies.
- A natural ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain discretion at all times.
