About the Role
As Head of School Performance and Partnerships, you will provide strategic leadership for school performance, standards, attainment, and inclusion across the borough.

- Supporting the delivery of the council's wider education strategy and priorities.
About You
We are looking for a credible and influential education leader who combines strategic vision with a deep understanding of educational improvement.
You will likely bring:
- Significant senior leadership experience within the UK state education sector.
- A background as a Headteacher, Executive Headteacher, School Improvement Leader, Director of Education, System Leader or similar.
- A strong track record of delivering measurable school improvement and raising educational standards.
- Experience of working effectively with a broad range of stakeholders, including schools, academy trusts, elected members and partner organisations.

- The ability to influence and lead across complex educational systems and partnerships.
- Excellent communication, relationship–building and leadership skills.
Most importantly, you will be able to clearly demonstrate your own impact and achievements in improving outcomes for children, schools and communities.
Why Join?
This is a unique opportunity to:
- Influence education outcomes for thousands of children and young people.
- Build on strong, established relationships with schools and academy trusts.
- Join a highly collaborative and supportive senior leadership environment.
- Deliver system–wide improvement and transformation rather than focusing on a single institution.
- Shape educational strategy and long–term improvement across a whole borough.
