Office Based | Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 4:30pm
Contracted 5 days from 7, including 1 Sunday in every 4 on a rota basis

Are you an experienced Sales Team Leader with a proven track record of developing people, driving performance and achieving results?

We're looking for a motivated and hands-on Sales Team Leader to join our Battersea Sales Centre. You'll lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Executives, helping them achieve targets, deliver excellent customer service and maximise sales opportunities.

Working closely with the Sales Centre Manager, you'll create a positive, high-performing culture where people are motivated to succeed.

What you'll be doing

• Leading, coaching and developing a team of Sales Executives
• Driving sales performance and achieving team KPIs
• Monitoring call activity and identifying development opportunities
• Delivering regular coaching and performance feedback
• Supporting attendance, performance management and one-to-ones
• Acting as the first point of contact for team support and guidance
• Promoting excellent customer service and sales standards
• Working collaboratively with the wider management team

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Team Leader, Sales Team Leader or Supervisor
• Proven experience leading a team to achieve sales targets
• Strong coaching, communication and people management skills
• Experience conducting one-to-ones and managing performance
• Ability to analyse KPIs and drive continuous improvement
• Customer-focused with a strong commercial mindset

Please note

This role is best suited to candidates with previous Team Leader, Supervisor or people management experience within a sales environment, as the position involves leading, coaching and developing a team to achieve performance targets.
