Senior Marketing Executive - Offline Marketing

Job Description

Barchester's Central Marketing team have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Marketing Executive to join our expanding team. Reporting to the Campaign Manager, we are looking for an experienced, customer-focussed individual with expertise in offline marketing and experience working within a corporate environment. You will be confident in your ability to represent a large, premium brand, developing campaigns within Barchester's agreed strategy, and demonstrating a clear return on investment.

Hybrid working, including working in our Finsbury Square Head office in London once a week.

NEED TO HAVE:

• Demonstrate success in driving revenue growth through offline and broadcast media channels,

\n

• Experience planning and implementing campaigns to reach target demographic in localised areas.

\n

• Commercial thinker with ability to analyse data to drive decision making

\n

• Experience managing and briefing agencies, along with budget management

\n

• Adapt at managing multiple projects and priorities efficiently in a dynamic environment with high demands

\n

• Flexible to travel across the UK, but predominantly in the south of England

\n

NEED TO DO:

\n

• Plan and implement localised offline marketing and broadcast campaigns

\n

• Run multi-channel offline campaigns to boost enquiries and reduce cost per enquiry/conversion

\n

• Ensure a great customer journey across all stages of the enquiry

\n

• Manage campaign inboxes and provide responsive support to homes on targeting and local activity

\n

• Maintain reporting tools with up-to-date campaign and home-level data

\n

• Oversee media tracking (numbers, URLs) and report monthly performance

\n

• Manage budgets, process invoices promptly, and flag risks or underspend

\n
