Your key responsibilities

Are you passionate about fine food and wine and delivering exceptional service in a renowned restaurant? Rocco Forte Hotels invites you to join our team as Chef de Rang at Charlie's Restaurant, Brown's. You’ll lead the floor team to ensure five-star service. You’ll bring natural leadership, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of fine dining standards to exceed guest expectations. With at least two years of experience in a similar role, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment.
