We’re looking for a dynamic, commercially driven General Manager to lead our Central London operation, overseeing a high-performing Soft FM contract in a fast-paced hospital environment.

What You’ll Do
As General Manager, you will own the end-to-end Soft FM operation—covering cleaning, catering, portering, security, car park, and retail services. You’ll ensure flawless service delivery, operational excellence, and strong financial performance across a busy Central London hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Drive outstanding performance across all Soft FM services, ensuring safety, hygiene, and patient satisfaction are always top priorities.
Commercial & Financial Management: Lead budgets and forecasts, optimise costs, and uncover opportunities for revenue growth and efficiency.
Contract Excellence: Ensure all services meet contractual SLAs and KPIs, working closely with NHS partners and stakeholders.
People Leadership: Inspire, develop, and lead a team of 60+ colleagues, including senior managers, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong, trusted relationships with hospital leadership, clients, and suppliers.
Continuous Improvement: Champion innovation, sustainability, and service enhancements that set new benchmarks in healthcare FM.
About You
You’re a confident, results-focused leader with a strong commercial mindset and proven experience in Soft FM, ideally within healthcare. You thrive under pressure, love building high-performing teams, and consistently deliver results.
You will bring:
Extensive Soft FM management experience
Strong P&L and financial management expertise
Proven track record managing large teams and multiple service lines
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
A proactive, solution-focused attitude with the drive to succeed
