Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of the restaurant, ensuring the service is smooth, friendly, and entirely guest-focused in a premium setting.

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a Rosette-level or equivalent premium dining establishment within the UK hospitality sector.

• A natural host with a friendly, welcoming presence who leads from the front.
