Senior Project Manager

Reapit UK
London

Please note this role is a 12 month FTC initially.

Reapit - Who are we?

Reapit is the original end-to-end business technology provider for estate agencies of all sizes. We've been helping sales and lettings agents build relationships and grow their businesses for more than 25 years. Our technology empowers property professionals across Europe, the Middle East, Australia, and New Zealand to work with buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords to deliver a dream home experience.

Worldwide, over 78,000 agents across more than 15,000 branches use Reapit to run their businesses, manage properties, collect rent, engage clients, and provide outstanding customer service every time.

The opportunity

We are looking for a heavyweight Senior Enterprise Project Manager to take overall delivery leadership of a highly complex, large-scale customer transformation. This is significantly broader than a conventional SaaS implementation. You will lead an integrated programme of Reapit product deployment, software development, complex systems integration, data migration and business process change from discovery through to successful transition.

Operating as the senior delivery leader across multiple interdependent workstreams, you will provide clear governance, commercial control and executive-level assurance. You will coordinate Reapit teams, customer workstreams, technical specialists and third parties, while ensuring that dependencies, decisions, risks and outcomes remain aligned.

What you will be doing

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of a major enterprise software implementation, establishing the integrated plan, governance model, stage gates, controls and success measures.

  • Lead multiple interconnected workstreams spanning Reapit product implementation, accelerated product development, integrations, data migration, testing, operational readiness and business change.

  • Translate complex customer requirements and business processes into a coherent delivery strategy, working with product, engineering, architecture, implementation and customer teams.

  • Direct rapid discovery and gap analysis to validate requirements, identify process impacts and determine where configuration, integration or roadmap development is required.

  • Provide robust oversight of complex integrations between Reapit and retained customer or third-party systems, ensuring ownership, design decisions, dependencies and acceptance criteria are clear.

  • Oversee the migration strategy for high-volume, complex legacy data held across multiple systems and client account structures, with strong controls around quality, reconciliation, cutover and business continuity.

  • Manage senior Project Managers and workstream leads, maintaining a single integrated programme plan and holding teams accountable for milestones, deliverables and outcomes.

  • Chair programme boards and executive steering committees, presenting clear insight on delivery health, decisions, budget, risks, dependencies and forecast outcomes.

  • Maintain rigorous programme governance across RAID, dependency management, change control, resource planning, financial tracking, supplier governance and benefits realisation.

  • Build trusted relationships with senior customer and internal stakeholders, including executive sponsors, and confidently challenge assumptions or escalate decisions when required.

  • Create an environment in which a ring-fenced delivery team can perform effectively, resolving blockers, managing competing priorities and maintaining momentum through ambiguity and change.

  • Ensure delivery methodology is appropriate for a blended environment of enterprise implementation, agile software development and business transformation.

  • Drive continuous improvement and embed lessons learned to strengthen delivery quality, transparency and repeatability.

Who we are looking for

You will be an established enterprise delivery leader with the presence, judgement and technical understanding to lead a critical customer programme. You do not need to be a hands-on developer, but you must be able to understand complex delivery detail, challenge technical leads and communicate confidently with executive stakeholders. Experience working in property or proptech would be highly desirable, although not essential.

  • 10+ years' experience leading enterprise software implementations, including at least 5 years leading programmes or major multi-workstream projects rather than individual projects.

  • Demonstrable ownership of large, complex technology programmes, ideally with overall budgets or contract values in the £5M - £50m+ range.

  • Strong experience of significant software development within an implementation programme, including agile delivery, roadmap dependencies, requirements discovery and acceptance governance.

  • Deep experience of complex systems integration involving bespoke, third-party and legacy platforms, including APIs, data feeds, technical dependencies and vendor coordination.

  • Extensive data migration and cutover experience in complex legacy environments, with a strong understanding of data quality, reconciliation, risk and operational continuity.

  • Evidence of managing multiple Project Managers, workstream leads and large cross-functional delivery teams.

  • Strong programme governance expertise, including integrated planning, RAID, dependency management, change control, financial management, resource forecasting and benefits tracking.

  • Experience running senior steering committees and communicating with C-suite or board-level stakeholders.

  • Strong commercial judgement and experience managing suppliers, delivery partners, contracts and escalations.

  • Proven ability to lead substantial business process and organisational change alongside technology delivery.

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the gravitas to build confidence, create alignment and secure difficult decisions.

  • A resilient, collaborative and highly accountable leadership style, with the ability to motivate teams and remain effective under pressure.

Desirable experience and qualifications

  • Delivery of enterprise CRM, ERP, proptech technology or similarly complex platform transformations.

  • Experience within a software vendor, systems integrator, consultancy or large enterprise transformation environment.

  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, APIs, integration architecture, software development life cycle, DevOps and cyber security considerations.

  • Relevant certifications such as MSP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, AgilePM, SAFe or Scrum.

What success could look like

  • A clear, credible and fully integrated delivery baseline is established, with accountable owners, governance forums and decision routes.

  • Discovery rapidly confirms scope, requirements, integration needs, migration complexity, delivery risks and any necessary roadmap development.

  • Executive stakeholders receive transparent, decision-focused reporting and have confidence in programme control and forecast outcomes.

  • Reapit and customer workstreams operate to aligned milestones, with dependencies proactively managed and blockers resolved quickly.

  • The migration, integration, testing, change and cutover strategies are controlled, achievable and oriented around business continuity and customer value.

  • The programme progresses with strong commercial discipline, effective risk management and an engaged, high-performing delivery team.

What's in it for you?

We offer the opportunity to lead one of Reapit's most significant customer transformations, with genuine visibility, influence and scope to shape how complex enterprise programmes are delivered. You will work with senior leaders across Reapit and the customer organisation, supported by a dedicated cross-functional delivery team. We offer a flexible working policy (however, there will be travel around London and the south-east of the UK) and a competitive reward and benefits package.

Don't tick every box?

We want our industry to become a more inclusive and diverse place to work. We hire for relevant experience, shared values and the attitudes and behaviours needed for success. If your experience does not match every point but you believe you can make a strong impact in this role, we would still like to hear from you. Reapit is committed to equal employment opportunity and to building an environment in which everyone is supported and respected.
