  • Lead development and pre-production budget planning, translating product strategies and activity plans into clear, aligned financial frameworks.
  • Monitor spend across actuals, forecasts and commitments, identifying risks and recommending actions to maintain alignment with business priorities.
  • Provide leadership with clear visibility of spending performance, trends and financial risks to support informed decision-making.

  • Lead and develop the Product Operations team, ensuring consistent delivery across purchasing, vendor onboarding and invoice management.
  • Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of purchase orders and invoice processing, minimising disruption to development activities.
  • Establish clear standards, controls and priorities to drive accountability, consistency and continuous improvement.

  • Clear understanding of budgeting, forecasting and cost control, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working across product-based environments, with familiarity in Product Development, Raw Materials, Engineering or pre-production activities.
  • Proven experience leading and developing teams, alongside strong stakeholder management skills to influence across functions and seniority levels.
  • High attention to detail combined with a broader strategic perspective, with the ability to identify risks and drive improvements.
