Shape Your Recruitment Career – C&T to C&I, Permanent Roles at Scon/Pcon/Partner Level
- Drive and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for commercial and industry-focused positions at senior levels (Scon, Pcon, Partner).
- Leverage insights from the technology consulting sector to support successful transitions into broader commercial and industry recruitment.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand, advise, and fulfil complex hiring requirements.
- Present outstanding candidates and nurture long-term, trust-based partnerships with our clients in C&I and beyond.
- Support business development and contribute to growth initiatives across strategic consulting teams.
Relevant Experience – Tech-to-Industry Recruitment
- Proven track record in technology, commercial, or industry recruitment, ideally with exposure to both C&T and C&I markets.
- Demonstrable experience in permanent placements at senior or specialist level within software, consulting, or industry-focused sectors.
- Comfortable managing complex recruitment cycles and advising on transition strategies between C&T and C&I sectors.
- Experience working within UK and/or DACH regions is highly advantageous.

- Exceptional relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and advisory skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to deliver tailored recruitment solutions for evolving industry needs.

- Collaborative, commercial mindset and proactive approach to both candidate and client management.
