Corporate Tax Senior / Assistant Manager – London
Join a highly respected mid-tier London firm as a Corporate Tax Senior / Assistant Manager within their growing Corporate Tax Services (CTS) team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a fast-moving environment with a healthy blend of compliance and advisory projects—perfect for someone eager to strengthen both their technical skillset and client-facing credibility.
• Preparing and reviewing corporation tax returns across a diverse and interesting client portfolio
• Supporting a wide range of advisory projects, including group structuring, R&D claims, tax-efficient planning, and more
• Building and managing strong client relationships while ensuring exceptional service delivery
• Assisting on tax audits and HMRC enquiries, gaining valuable hands-on exposure
• Mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to a collaborative, knowledge-sharing culture What We’re Looking For:
• ACA/ACCA or ATT/CTA qualified (or close to qualification)
• Solid corporate tax compliance experience with some exposure to advisory work
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with clients
