Senior Associate
- Handle a varied caseload of legal matters, ensuring work is completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
- Review legal documents and correspondence, identifying key points and preparing clear responses.
- Provide practical legal advice to clients and internal stakeholders on assigned matters.
- Draft, amend and negotiate legal documentation to support client requirements.
- Manage matter progress, keeping records clear and ensuring next steps are followed through.
- Build effective working relationships with clients, colleagues and external contacts.
- Identify issues early and propose clear options to keep matters moving forward.
- Contribute to the smooth day-to-day delivery of legal services within the Legal department.
