Motor Insurance Advisor | Rainham, Essex | £26,000 - £28,000 + monthly bonus Got at least 6 months of recent motor insurance experience? Tired of shifts and weekends? This one's worth a look. My client are a tech-driven insurance business that's doing things differently. Insurance here is digital, customer-focused and always moving forward. They give their teams the tools, flexibility and trust to do good work, and they want people who'll bring ideas, not just follow a script. You'll join their motor insurance team, helping customers find the right cover and looking after them from first conversation to final policy. What's in it for you? A salary of £26,000–£28,000 depending on your experience A monthly bonus of up to 12.5% of your monthly pay, based on your performance and teamwork. You'll work Monday to Friday, 9 to 5, with Fridays at home once you've finished induction. Rainham, Essex based - Hybrid – 4 days office-based There's 20 days' holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with service), a company pension, a health and wellbeing programme, company events, casual dress and free parking. And if you want to move up, there are clear progression paths. What experience do you need? At least 6 months of recent motor insurance experience, whether that's in a call centre, in a broker or customer service.
