A Senior Role With Real Responsibility
A high-performing secondary school in Ealing is seeking an experienced School Business Manager to join its Senior Leadership Team and take ownership of the school's business and operational functions.
You'll play a central role in ensuring the school has strong financial controls, effective systems and well-managed resources.
The Role
Leading financial planning and budget management
Preparing management accounts and forecasts
Managing procurement and contracts
Overseeing HR, payroll and recruitment processes
Leading premises and facilities management
Managing health & safety and compliance
Supporting risk management and insurance
Working with Governors and finance committees
Managing administrative and support teams
Leading operational improvement projects
About You
You'll have proven experience as a School Business Manager, Finance Manager or senior school operations professional .
Strong financial knowledge, excellent leadership skills and experience managing multiple operational areas are essential.
Experience with school finance systems, MIS and London school procedures would be highly advantageous.
