Job Title: Learning Support Assistant - KS2 - Hackney - Immediate Start

About the Role:

• Full-time Learning Support Assistant position in a Key Stage 2 classroom
• Learning Support Assistant will support a child with special educational needs on a 1:1 basis
• Tasks include supporting with classwork, managing routines, and promoting independence
• Learning Support Assistant will work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to deliver support strategies
• Position is long-term, running until July 2025

• A Learning Support Assistant with SEN experience in a primary school setting
• Someone who is calm, patient, and able to build trust with pupils
• Previous experience in Key Stage 2 is beneficial but not essential
• A Learning Support Assistant who can confidently implement learning plans and behaviour strategies
• Reliable, enthusiastic, and a genuine passion for working with children
