Full-time Nanny in Islington, Job ID J1E025
A lovely family based in Islington, London, is seeking a Full-time Nanny to help care for their newborn and delightful toddler. The ideal candidate will be warm, proactive, and engaging, with a genuine passion for supporting children’s development through fun and stimulating activities such as swimming classes. Fluency in another language would be a bonus. All general nanny duties are required for this role. A valid first aid qualification is essential to this position.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 12:30 to 7:30 - 35 hours per week. Plus, an ad-hoc family can provide 40 hours
Duties include:
- Making sure the children wake up on time and are ready for the day
- Assisting with washing, dressing, and personal care
- Preparing healthy breakfasts and nutritious snacks
- Preparing milk and feeding the baby as needed
- Supporting the children with homework and learning activities
- Planning and organising age-appropriate activities and play
- Taking the children to playdates and social activities
- Engaging the children in interactive and educational playtime
- Assisting with bedtime routines and reading bedtime stories
- Changing nappies and cleaning and sterilising bottles to maintain hygiene
The family is seeking someone who can start in January 2026.
